Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in to avoid charges.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a one-night retention fee, irrespective of the duration of the booking.
• For no-shows, a one-night retention fee will be applied.

Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in will be fully refunded to the original payment source.

Guarantee

• For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at the time of booking, rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival.
